Rachelle “sakti” Sarfati (she, her, hers)

Sakti brings a unique combination of talent to any film production. Sakti began her career in film making as an intern with a documentary film company in New York City and has since worked on a number of video productions, several short films and a behind the scenes for a feature film.  Sakti is  an union journeyman with IATSE 675, Eugene’s Stage Hand Union and has her own production company: Envisage Productions.    Sakti has performed a number of times in front of the camera and on stage including several years studying and performing in personal theater.  She earned a Master of Arts degree in International Studies at the University of Oregon and a Fulbright Scholarship to Bangladesh. Her graduate studies, travels throughout Asia and Mexico, and contact with diverse populations provide her with insight and an aptitude for research, program development and cross-cultural communication.

Will Snyder (he, him, his)

–Videographer

Will is an artist and filmmaker living in Portland, OR. He met Judith when she was looking for a videographer for her 2015 Show “NOT HERE: From Howling Hurt to Healing Hope” and came out the other side of the show completely aware of the healing powers of expression that Judith promotes. He continues to lend support to the efforts of Transformational Personal Theatre remotely along with his commercial, documentary, and adventure video work.

Abigail Leeder (she, her, hers)

–Consultant

Abigail currently serves as the Director of Experiential Prevention Initiatives at the University of Oregon, and previously served as the Director of Sexual Violence Prevention from 2005-2014. She founded and directs Rehearsals for Life, a graduate student theatre ensemble that addresses issues of equity and inclusion on campus and beyond, and directed the UO’s award winning Sexual Wellness Advocacy Team. Abigail is trained as a drama therapist at the California Institute of Integral Studies, a Playback Theatre practitioner and has published articles on her work using drama therapy with incarcerated women, theatre as a tool for social action in higher education and personal transformational theatre. She presents and consults nationally on applied theatre as a tool for education, personal growth and empowerment.



Jessica Park (she, her, hers)

–Stage Manager

Jessi has been working with IASTE local 675 since 2016.

Before working with IATSE local 675, Jessi worked as a tech and Stage Manager for popular, local variety shows. Jessi has been stage managing for Eugene favorites Candy Apple Bleu and worked closely with The Red Raven Follies as a stage manager for five years.

Jessi can now be found working at the Hult Center, the Cuthbert Amphitheatre, the Mcdonald Theater, Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena, and several other local venues.

Jessi’s heart and soul are in theatre and entertainment. She can’t imagine working in any other field

Jessi is recognized for her solid work ethic, attention to detail, ability to listen and take direction, learn new information and skills, take initiative, and her commitment to ensuring seamless, high quality productions. 


Ricky Eaton (he, him, his)

–Camera Operator

Ricky Eaton is a marketing generalist with an event and video production background. Since 2009 Ricky has supported various types of events ranging from international live sporting events to virtual conferences. In his spare time, Ricky collects and archives old photographs.
